Questions?
Not sure how the process works, what files you’ll get, or anything else about working together? Here’s a list of the questions I get asked most often — answers included! Take a peek, and if you still have a question, just reach out.
-
Almost anything! From brand materials and websites to flyers, newsletters, and more — if it needs design, I can handle it.
-
I follow a three-step process: Explore, Design & Refine, and Launch. First, I get to know you and your goals. Then I create drafts and refine them with your feedback until everything feels just right. Finally, your finished design is delivered for use online, in print, or wherever it belongs.
-
Every project is different, but small design projects (like a logo or flyer) usually take 1–3 weeks. Larger projects (like full branding or websites) can take several weeks to a couple of months. I’ll give a clear timeline during the Explore step.
-
I work with you until the design feels just right. Most projects fit comfortably within 2–3 rounds of revisions, but I’ll outline expectations upfront so you know exactly what’s included.
-
You’ll get whatever you need to use your design confidently — digital files for web or print-ready files for printing, plus any guides or instructions needed.
-
I invoice via email through Squarespace. A deposit is required to start your project, and the remaining balance is due before final delivery.
-
Anyone! From small businesses to nonprofits, personal projects, or hobbyists — if you need design, I can help.
-
Absolutely! Once the project is complete and payment is received, the files and rights are yours to use for your intended purpose.
-
That’s okay! The Explore step is designed to clarify your goals, preferences, and style before I start any design work. You don’t need to have everything figured out when you reach out.
