Building a Cohesive Brand Experience for a Coffee Trailer

Brewed by B needed a streamlined way for customers to access their offerings—from everyday drinks to event packages. The project included a user-friendly website, custom menu and package design, and on-site visuals for their coffee trailer, along with backend support through Square POS setup to ensure everything functioned as smoothly as it looked.

The Website

The website was built with usability at the forefront, prioritizing quick access to the full menu and clearly outlined event packages. Content was structured to guide users effortlessly from browsing to decision-making, whether they were stopping by the trailer or planning an event. The result is a streamlined, functional site that supports both customer convenience and business operations.

Graphic Design

In addition to the website, supporting materials were developed to create a cohesive experience across both digital and physical touch-points. This included a full menu design for web and trailer display, as well as a custom event package guide to clearly communicate service offerings. Each piece was intentionally designed for clarity, consistency, and ease of use in real-world settings, with details like a branded QR code providing quick, intuitive access to the full menu.

Photography

Photography was created to support both the website and the brand’s ongoing marketing needs. Images were thoughtfully captured to showcase the menu, setup, and overall experience, then used throughout the site and provided as a content library for social media and future promotions.

Operations & Backend Setup

The project extended beyond design to include backend setup and organization through Square POS. Menu items and pricing were structured to align seamlessly with both the website and printed materials, creating consistency across every customer touchpoint. This ensured a smooth ordering experience for customers and an efficient system for day-to-day operations.
